Renessa Bacote

Founder | CEO 

Renessa is an Army Veteran, entrepreneur, and the founder of Cue360 — a maintenance solutions company focused on operational excellence and innovation. With over a decade of leadership in single-family and multifamily maintenance operations, she is recognized for building scalable systems, improving workforce performance, and delivering strong client outcomes.

Her early foundation in teamwork and discipline was shaped as a standout student-athlete in South Carolina and strengthened during her military service, where she developed the resilience and leadership she brings to her work today.

At Cue360, Renessa is leading the development of an AI-powered maintenance portal that streamlines service requests, improves visibility, and drives faster resolution for property owners and residents.

Now based in Georgia, Renessa is dedicated to service both professionally and personally — supporting her community through organizations like Habitat for Humanity, SisterHouse, and Feed the Hungry.

Veronica Mattioli

Co-Founder | CFO 

Veronica brings over a decade of experience in real estate, construction operations, and property maintenance to Cue360. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations at a private-equity–backed real-estate startup, scaling renovation and maintenance operations across multiple states, and has also acted as a Qualifying Broker supporting agents, investors, and home buyers.

Veronica has led high-volume maintenance workflows, vendor management, and process improvements that increased transparency, accountability, and performance. Her background in work-order oversight, renovation planning, and property readiness gives her a strong understanding of operational and financial needs throughout the lifecycle of a home.

She also specializes in luxury and investment real estate sales, known for strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a relationship-focused approach.

Outside of work, Veronica enjoys mountain biking, exploring Georgia’s trails, traveling, and cooking for her family.
